Not resolved

Our 706 Return was filed in October 2015 and it is now 5 months later and there is still no determination on whether the return will be accepted or audited. It is absurd to make beneficiaries wait so long when the IRS knows the estate can not move forward without the Estate Closing Letter.

Real people are suffering from the delays in getting their payouts from the estate.

After waiting this long, we can find out next month that is going to be audited, and that will take even another 6-9 months. In the meantime people can die, lose their homes or jobs.
