Seems like people on phone doesn't realize how long it takes to get through a person. And then once u are speaking, they disconnect call on Ur face.
Absolutely pathetic folks on phone. I was asking for a reservation number which she said that they dont provide while you are taking appointment for tax filling. Later when i was trying to explain what i have and if she can search stuff with it, she disconnected on my face.
Absolutely pissed i am probably she wasnt in a very good mood but thats not my fault. some one doing this job needs to be more professional then her for heaven sake
