IRS - Incompetent rude agent
was on the phone for almost 2 hrs with an incompetent agent who was also rude and hanged up the phone because she didn't want to admit that 1830+1544+2222=5596. She tried to convince me that it equals to 5396.
called back, and was on hold for 2 hours until it was 7 PM. Then, call was disconnected saying to call during business hours. This is the reality of Obama's IRS. They are very unprofessional, steal your money, and deny simple math.
And the worse part is that their complaint process is a joke.
No one gets punished for being so rude and incompetent. Shame on you IRS !
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.

Um, not. Not the reality of Obama's IRS.
The IRS doesn't "belong" to any President. It is an agency governed by laws passed by Congressman and Congresswoman elected by the US elctorate. They decided to lower the budget and the IRS has less money to help people.
It is bad and unfortunate you recever poor service, but it also reflects not having enough in the budget to hire better qualified employes (it is essentially a call center job) and part of employee performance is pegged to handling calls in less time to take the next call. If anyone, please blame Congress and not the President.
