Irs - Disrespectful
The woman who assisted me started off by saying an extremely patronizing comment that came from me not understing what she was asking. She treated me like I was intellectually below her and I didn't appreciate it. She made mistakes on information I clearly and patiently gave her several times. The whole phone call could have probably been handled better by an automated system.
