Irs - Horrible customer service

Called to make an appointment with the irs since i had an appointment today and upon arrival found out it was closed due to air conditioner being out. Ms hamilton started asking me questions and overheard my girlfriend talking and started actually yelling at me. I apologized and she continued to yell at me. Anyone else at any other job would be fired on the spot
