IRS - Unfair treatment
It is over one month I filed my tax refund while every document required was included. I have not received my refund as I am writing this.
When I called IRS office the staff I spoke to was rude. She hung the phone while I was still trying to find out why I have not received my refund and what to do. As I am writing this, I have not received my refund, have not heard any response or received any letter about my refund from IRS.
My IRS rights are being violated. This is really sad and unfair!
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
IRS Cons: Poor customer service, Incompetent employees, Unorganized.

Yes I am in the same boat a lot of us are, then they say things like "well if it wasn't for Obama care this wouldn't have happened," hard to figure out what is really going on. I don't really care about the politics.
the IRS now is telling me I will have problems filing my return next year. I have always paid extra taxes to make sure I get a refund, or don't have to pay.
this is against my rights to fair treatment, and good service from the IRS. we have the right to good service.
