I called the IRS to get some information for an upcoming audit and the agent cut me off when I tried to explain what I needed and told me she didn't need to hear what I was saying and for me to just answer her questions. In trying to verify one of my former places of employment she became very belligerent with me, talked over me and when I tried to answer the question she asked, she told me she was not going to argue with me and placed me on hold for 3 minutes.

When she came back to the phone she asked me if I was ready to continue.

I asked her for her id number and she hung up on me after giving it to me. I sent an email to the TGITS.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Hello and yes the IRS AGENTS ARE TERRIBLE,THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AND THEY ARE SO RUDE ,YOU Can NEVER TALK TO A SUPERVISIOR AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORKING FOR THE GOVERMENT .. They never speak and i wish i could give a bad report to all of them..

They are all rude and have no personal integrity!! These people are poor slaves of the government. I think they try and *** people off and they do a good job at it.
