New ReviewerI called the call center several times, they are no help what so ever! they act like you are bothering them.
I am owed 8666 dollars and they have been processing my refund since Jan. I called the IRS lady who had an attitude and was mocking me saying things like " I said so"!! I said to her you are acting like a *** and you think you can talk to me how ever you want. she said your mother is a *** they are no help when you call here.
they only want to take money if you owe them but when they owe you, you have to wait for months on end and get no explanation as to why its taking so long.

I agree with you. The rep I got spent more time asking questions so she would not have to pull up my account then it would have if she just pulled up my account.
She had the attitude that I was bothering her. It is not fair that these people have jobs and don't want to do them.
Who are to a random person over the phone? Answer, nobody.
And nobody is going to give out sensitive information over the phone if you can't prove who you are. Have you never called a credit card company? Did they just take your word that you are you.
If you can't answer relatively easy questions about yourself over the phone you don't deserve assistance... unless, of course, you would rather the IRS give out your info to anyone who asks.
What percent of your "I am owed 8666 dollars" is from you claiming earned income credit? Do you actually have W-2s to substantiate the wages you supposedly claimed?
I bet anything in the whole wide world you filed for a fraudulent refund.
Here's a bit insight... you will NEVER get it.
